BENGKEL MUFFIN


tadaaaaa...packing time....blueberry & banana almond muffins in the container...waiting for choc chip muffin to cool down first...

Banana Muffin Recipe

A: 220 gm butter
1/2 tsp salt
420gm castor sugar
2tsp banana essence
*mix until white

then add B:
600gm  self raising flour
*use low speed

followed by C:
7 eggs - grade A
130gm fresh milk
220 whipping cream
60gm sorbitol

lastly add in 220gm mashed banana...

1/2 cup choc chips & almond nips....this is optional...for better taste..

spoon 3/4 batter into the muffin cup... bake for 20-30 min - 170 celcious..<--- this depends on your oven...
