KONGSI RESIPI


BISKUT NESCAFE


bahan-bahannya:
*1 ketul butter -250gm
*1 cawan gula halus/kastor
-pukul hingga kembang

*masukkan 2 biji kuning telur
-putar lagi..

*masukkan 1 st esen vanilla...i used butter vanilla..better aroma
*2sb serbuk nescafe yg telah di campur sedikit air hingga menjadi pes pekat..kalau nk lebih pun bole..i used 3tbs nescafe instead..

last masukkan bahan yg telah di ayak
*2 1/2 cawan tpg gandum
*1 1/2 cawan tpg jagung
*1 st emplex  

-gaul rata...
ready utk diterap.. i used acuan seperti tart gulung tapi corak half-flower..



Eggless Caramel Puding

bahan utk gula hangus:
*4 sudu sup gula
*4 sudu sup air
(masak sehingga likat dan warna keperangan, tuang dalam loyang dan sejukkan seketika)

bahan puding:
A
*7gm serbuk agar-agar
*4 cawan air
*3 sudu sup gula
(masak bahan A sehingga mendidih)

B
*1 tin susu cair - any brand of ur choice will do
*2 sudu besar tepung custard
* 1 sudu teh esen vanilla
*1/4 sudu teh garam halus
(kacau bahan B hingga rata)

setelah bahan A mendidih, kecilkan api, tuang bahan B..kacau guna whisk dalam 10 minit.. (sy tunggu hingga mendidih) then tuang pada loyang yg telah diisi dgn gula hangus.. sejukkan...setelah sejuk simpan di dalam peti ais..


My Simple Sweet Bun




my own recipe:
400gm high protein flour
40gm powdered milk
75gm castor sugar
2tsp instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp bread improver
1/4 tsp bread softener
250ml water

mix all the ingredients above...
lastly add 1 1/2 tbs butter/margerine...mix again...

knead for few more minutes....then divide the dough ..roll into ball shape..let the dough rest until double the size.. 
bake for 20min...or golden brown..at 220celcious

A:
400gm bread flour (high protein)
100gm multi purpose flour
50gm powdered milk
3/4 tsp bread improver
180gm sugar (i use only 160gm)
11gm instant yeast
few drops of yellow coloring (optional)
250ml water

B:
100gm butter/marjerine/shortening

methods:
combine A.. knead until all ingredients are combined add B and knead again...then roll the dough into ball shape.. put them in a tray/cake tin.. let them double the size.. 

then bake for 15-20minutes - at 190-220 degree celcious <--- depending on your type of oven



Quick & Simple Banana Buttermilk Cake


A
  • 1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp soda bicarbonate
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • sift all
  • then add 1/2 cup of castor sugar

  • B
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of oil (I use sunflower oil)
  • 1/2 cup of fresh milk/ideal milk + 2 tsp of lemon juice - set aside for 5 minutes
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
whisk A & B together..do not over whisk.. then add

  • 1 cup of mashed banana
  • 3 -4 tbs choc chips
bake for 20-30 min at 180 degree celcious

Apam Tepung Beras


Bahan-bahannya:
*1 cawan nasi
*1 1/4 cawan air suam
kisar hingga nasi hancur & halus
kemudian masukkan:
*2 cawan tepung beras
*1 cawan gula... (i juz used 3/4c..)
blend lagi...then masukkan* 1 sudu teh yis kering...
blend lagi...pastu tuang dlm bekas ..kacau rata perlahan2...tutup & let it rest for 3 hours..

after 3 hours..masukkan  *eno 1 peket..kacau rata.. siapkan peralatan utk mengukus...
then kukus selama 15 min...
setelah masak.. hidangkan bersama kelapa parut yg dicampur dgn sedikit garam....

Bakwan Sayur

vege fritters...indonesian recipe...senang aje...
Hiris halus kobis, carrot, daun sawi, daun bawang, taugeh.. etc...pecahkan 1 telur, kacau dgn garam dan sidikit lada putih..gaul dgn sayur td hingga rata..masukkan air dlm 2-3 sb...taburkan tpg gandum gaul rata... Nak lg sedap..tambah udang segar/udg kering/ikan bilis...then goreng mcm jemput2 tu..cuma bakwan ni kurang tpg..guna tpg utk satukan sayur2 je...selamat mencuba..

Own Recipe Cookies

Recipe:
200gm butter
1 cup of fine sugar/brown sugar/icing sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
(cream until smooth)

dry ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp emplex
2 cups oats-grind
1 1/2 cups nestum -grind
3 tsp cocoa pwdr
(add dry ingredients into the batter)

last & optional:
1/2 cup choc chip
1/2 cup almond nips...

roll thin..& cut into shape..i chose the simplest one..round shape..
bake for 35 min...160 degree..

My Lasagna

Cheese sauce
*preheat non-stick pan. add 1tbs butter mix until melted. add 3tbs all purpose flour, mix again...then pour fresh milk...the quantity..mmmm until u get the desired texture...lastly..add in 10gm cheese powder... and it's done..

LASAGNA SHEET


2 cups all purpose flour
1 egg
1tbs oil (corn/sunflower oil)
a pinch of salt
plain water

method: mix flour, egg, salt & oil...until combine..add in drops of water...as needed..not much okay.. to be safe..pls use spoon...knead again...keep in an air tight container for 30-60 minute...

then roll thinly...
boil plain water with few drops of oil..& it's time to cook your lasagna sheet...

BEEF SAUCE
500gm minced meat
tomato sauce
chillli sauce
tomato puree
onion & garlic
oregano whole
salt to taste

tak sempat nak ambil gambar hasil kerja tangan peserta..almond choc tart, cheese choc tart, milky oat biscuit, choc nestum biscuit etc....
